What? You haven't been?
Everything on this menu should be tried and reported on so we all know just what next fabulous thing to choose.
It appears Ill have everything!!!
However, 107% day I was forced to have the tropical salad with grilled shrimp.
My companion had the spicier cabbage salad with grilled chicken.
We shared the fried banana appetizer...hot or not, I wasn't missing those NOR should you.
Absolutely fabulous. Every single bite.
Mine with shrimp was perfection.
I thought my friends grilled chicken a smidge overdone and a little too spicy. She liked it that way.
The fried banana was served with refried beans. I don't like them. I LOVED these. Creamy refried beans? Yum, yum, yum.
Go.
Order.
Tell us all about it.
I can't wait for a cool day and some hot items. -

Ok disclaimer: The only reason I'm giving three stars is there was an incredible wait time for the food, but let me touch on the great stuff first.
Service: Our Waitress was extremely friendly and welcoming. Willing to engage in conversation and banter.
Food: The food was great! Well cooked and not over seasoned.
Decor: Eclectic, unique, cool.
The wait: ok brass tax, we came around noon and there were only four other patrons in the place. Our order was right off the menu no changes or adjustments. We were a party of two and our food took 25 minutes to come out. That's my sole complaint -

So, so good!
This is truly my new favorite place! I can only share how yummy the pupusas are because I can't order anything else - I'm in love!
I always get the #2 combo: avocado salad and two pupusas.
The salad is crisp and fresh romaine lettuce topped with LOTS of avocado, parmesan, black beans, red onion and crispy tortilla strips. Add the amazing cilantro vinegarette dressing and you'll wonder how you've missed out for so long!
The pupusas are hand made, stuffed full, crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. I order potato and cheese (not on the menu) and chicharron and bean. They come with a cabbage mix to put on if you want, a mild tomato salsa, and a hot salsa if you like your food really spicy.
The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff will accommodate any request.
You must try it! -

Food was ok, service was not great, and we were not the only ones that felt that way about it either. Literally the table next to us was complaining about the service as well so it wasn't just us. Everything took FOREVER and they were not even packed, good luck getting a refill too and the meat in the pupusas is almost non existent, really wanted to like it here, was excited to see a Salvadorean restaurant but it was a big disappointment.
